Your Visit

​To help us provide you with the best service possible, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Eye Makeup-Free: Please arrive at all lash appointments without any eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow.

  • Contact Lens Precaution: If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses or a contact lens case and solution to safely remove them before a Lash Lift session.

Booking Policy

We’re excited to book your next lash appointment! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email.

  • Deposits: A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. This non-refundable deposit ensures that your chosen time is held and will be applied toward the service cost. Deposits can be transferred only if your appointment is rescheduled with sufficient notice.

  • Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to make changes to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as we must maintain our schedule to respect all clients.

Refill Policy

Keep your lashes looking flawless with regular fills:

  • Recommended Timing: Schedule refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.

  • Significant Gaps: If too much time passes and there are few lashes left, we may recommend a removal and new set.

  • Foreign Lash Refills: We welcome clients with lash extensions done elsewhere. However, if we find improper extension techniques during our examination, we may suggest removal and a new set for optimal results.

Child Safety Policy

Your safety and comfort matter to us, as does the safety of all our guests:

  • No Children Under 12: For insurance and safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in our professional environment during your appointment.

  • Liability Disclaimer: If you bring a child, we cannot take responsibility for any harm or discomfort caused to or by the child during your visit.

Health & Safety Policy

  • Sanitation Standards: We follow strict hygiene practices, using only high-quality, sterilized tools and products.

  • Allergy Awareness: If you have sensitivities or allergies, please inform us before your appointment so we can take special care.
